What's happening with scent?


The crosslab's lessons this period are based on smell - life - technology: the position of scents in technology, life, and how it's being used.

An interesting use of scent is located at the Abercrombie and Fitch's stores.
They collaborated with Prolitec, the technology leader in using scents in public places.

Abercrombie and Fitch is creating the all-over shopping experience, by using scents in their stores. Smell is the most powerfull trigger of memory, and by using nice smells in their shops, the client will find himself in a positive energy, and therefore, in a positive environment. Remembering this positive mood when shopping at Abercrombie and Fitch's, the client will return more often. Good job, A&F!
